PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Introduction to Information on the Processing of Personal Data

Sports Network, s.r.o., with its registered office at Lidická 81, 602 00 Brno, ID: 19943865 (hereinafter referred to as „Sports Network“), the creator of the Spinorama internet platform (hereinafter Spinorama) and operator of the viaaurea.cz website, declares that all processed personal data is considered strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

For the purposes of these Principles of Personal Data Processing, the terms below have the following meanings:

  • Data subject: A natural person to whom personal data relates.

  • Personal data: Any information that identifies and distinguishes an individual. This includes, for example, name, surname, date of birth, age, gender, address, phone number, email, marital status, and citizenship.

  • Processing of personal data: Includes, in particular, the collection, storage on information carriers, accessibility, modification or alteration, retrieval, use, transmission, distribution, publication, storage, exchange, sorting or combining, blocking, and disposal of personal data.

  • Controller: A person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

  • Processor: A person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller in accordance with their instructions.

  • Regulation: Refers to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR.

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

Sports Network is the controller of the personal data of its clients and potential customers within the Spinorama project.

Processed Personal Data

We only process personal data provided by clients in connection with the use of our services. This typically includes data provided during registration for our services:

  • Email

  • Encrypted password

  • Name and surname or username

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Contact and/or delivery address, or billing address

  • Phone number

  • Information about the entrepreneur/non-entrepreneur (ID and VAT for the entrepreneur)

  • Selected product, including related data, payment method, and payment frequency

  • Other voluntarily provided information

Additionally, we collect data such as IP addresses, cookies (for online services), and other online identifiers.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of contractual relationships

  • Increased security of provided services (especially account security, user identity verification, and fraud prevention)

  • Sending commercial communications (in accordance with applicable legislation, you can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time)

  • Accounting and tax purposes (we have a legal obligation to archive all invoices and other documents for a specified period)

Processor of Personal Data

Sports Network, as the controller of personal data, fulfills the role of Processor of personal data for its clients in the Spinorama project. The scope of processed personal data is generally defined by the Processing Agreement concluded between the Controller (Sports Network's client) and the Processor (Sports Network) to fulfill all legal obligations under Article 6(1)© GDPR.

Processing of personal data may also be performed by other processors:

Rights of Data Subjects

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data processed about you

  • Request correction of your personal data

  • Request erasure of your personal data (the right to be forgotten) in certain cases

  • Request restriction of processing of your data

  • Obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another controller

  • Object to or file a complaint regarding processing in certain cases

  • Be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases

  • Other rights as provided by the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR after its effectiveness

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is safe with us.

Sports Network has implemented strict technical, security, and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or misuse. Only authorized persons with training and contractual confidentiality obligations have access to personal information.

All personal data is regularly backed up, and all backups are encrypted and secured with a password.

COOKIES

When browsing our websites, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you come. The use of cookies for website traffic measurement and customization of website display is considered our legitimate interest as the controller, as we believe it allows us to offer you even better services.

You can also browse our websites in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
